With a narrow, compact body, and a choice between ROPS or cab models,
these tractors are ideal for vineyard and orchard work.
Narrow enough to work between the vines and low enough to get you under the tree branches.
The M7040 and M8540 narrow tractors feature a newly designed, air-conditioned cab that keeps the operator comfortable while on the job. Whether you’re trying to beat the heat on a hot summer day, or stay cosy during the chill of winter, the deluxe air conditioner/heater puts you in charge of the climate.
These narrow tractors are standardequipped with a Kubota hydraulic shuttle. Highly praised for its smooth operability, the hydraulic shuttle makes tight turns in vineyards, orchards, and other narrow fields easy.
We’ve expanded our narrow tractor lineup to include the M6040, M7040 and M8540.
These tractors were built specifically for those who work in vineyards, orchards or anywhere else that might require a narrow and compact tractor with M-Series power. They feature an overall width of just 1,220 mm with standard tyres.
To further ensure that these machines go where you want them, we’ve also rounded the fenders, included standard foldable hazard lights and made certain that the levers are positioned so as not to interfere with low branches.
Synchronised five speeds of the main shift and three speeds of the range shift supply tractors with 15 Forward and 15 Reverse speeds (including creep speed).
The tractors are equipped with a 4-wheel hydraulic braking system that requires minimal pedal force and automatically shifts to 4WD when braking.
Two auxiliary control valves can be attached on the right side of the tractor as an option. The control lever is located next to the steering wheel for easy operation, allowing easy front implement use. Also, a flow control valve can be installed for hydraulic motor operation, allowing the use of sweepers and branch cutters.
These narrow tractors boast a hydraulic pump capacity of 61.0 l/min and an increased lifting capacity of 2,300 kg to allow the use of large implements.
The independent PTO with PTO brake helps improve work efficiency.
Kubota’s exclusive Bi-Speed Turn feature rotates the front wheels at a rate of speed nearly twice that of the rear wheels whenever the front wheels exceed a turning angle of about 30 degrees.
The result is a smoother, tighter turn, allowing you to turn into an adjacent crop row on your first attempt.
